8:00 - 10:00pm - Join US 92 and the Outback Band for a Halloween Costume Party, Friday, October 28 at the Norfolk Knights of Columbus Hall. Music starts at 8 pm and there will be a costume contest at 10 pm. Knights of Columbus will have a cash bar and concession stand available. Proceeds from the entry will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
